2026年5月28日29日に実施されます、ナラティヴ・エクスポージャー・セラピー（NET）の研修会についてご案内させて頂きます。ドイツにありますNET開発者の研修母体が実施する、オンライン開催で、英語です。通常実施では時差があるため、日本人には受講しにくいものですが、今回、日本の方が参加しやすい時間に設定してくれています。どうぞ振るってご参加ください。
---ナラティヴ・エクスポージャー・セラピー（NET）について---
医療や様々な心理支援の場で、「なんかこじれている、なかなか通院や支援が安定せず苦慮している、成育歴（生育歴）をみると沢山のトラウマ体験がある」ということはありませんか。
ナラティヴ・エクスポージャー・セラピー（NET）は、虐待、いじめ、DVなど、特に長期的・反復的に受けた複雑なトラウマに有効とされるPTSDの認知行動療法です。複雑な技法ではありません。「物語る」というシンプルで普遍的な営みを用い、PTSD症状と解離症状を軽減する、エビデンスある短期療法です。トラウマ臨床の現場で腐心されている先生方に、１つの有望な選択肢をご紹介できれば幸いです。

My name is Kathleen McBride, I am a trainer with the NET Institute, member of VIVO International and an Advanced Practitioner at QPASTT. I am committed to making NET training more accessible for Australian / Asia pacific practitioners, so clients can gain the benefits of a culturally responsive, story telling form of trauma processing, with a robust evidence base of promoting recovery.
NET was specifically developed in the refugee and human rights context and is now being used internationally in settings where people have experienced multiple traumas across the lifespan including sexual assault services, intensive family support services and within the justice system.
NET is now recognised by the Australian Psychological Society as the recommended treatment for complex PTSD for people from a refugee background.
